  • They got us into our apartment right away. It was freshly cleaned for us before we moved in. The layout is perfect for what we want and the family friendly neighborhood is nice. All of the other residents are great too. The element of my oven burned out and I emailed the company to get it fixed. The maintenance man came the very next day and got it fixed right away. He was a nice person to work with!

  • Been with Brown's Rentals a little over 6 years I guess. Great service at the office. Great maintenance service. I wish they would get a regular crew to cut the grass every spring and Summer. I think it would make it a lot easier on the tenants that pay the rent. It's still a great place to rent from. Thank you!

  • Rented from Brown Rentals for 3 years and overall it was a pleasant experience. The service, when needed, was fast, usually same day. Apartment I stayed in was quite nice and cheap for a college student, and the staff was friendly. My only grump was the move out process in which I didn't get most of my security deposit for trivial expenses that they charged high amounts for (i.e. drip pans getting replaced for $50). Otherwise a pleasant experience!

  • I really like this office and their customer service experience. They are warm, friendly, and helpful. The only downside for me is they are restrictive in what they offer, and heavy handed with the no pet policy. But, nearly everyone in Rolla is. Would definitely take the time to look at their properties, and the staff are wonderful.

Fast as well to unlock, accidentally locked myself out with no spare on a Sunday night, 20 min later had the door unlocked for me! Also great little apartment, little older, but well taken care of, love living here!
